Domestic Shipping (Bangladesh)

📩 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Same-day processing: Orders placed before 4:00 PM BST will be processed the same day. Orders after this time will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Partners

  • We partner with Steadfast Courier for reliable nationwide deliveries.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • FREE SHIPPING: For all orders over 4,000 BDT.
  • Flat Rate: 110 BDT for orders below 4,000 BDT.

⏱ Delivery Timeframe

  • Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days after processing.
  • Delays due to weather, holidays, or remote areas will be communicated proactively.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • Exception: If you have an urgent request, please contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll explore options (excluding Israel).

Order Tracking

  • Yes! All orders include a tracking number.
  • You’ll receive tracking details via SMS/email once your order is shipped.
  • Use the tracking number on Steadfast Courier’s website for real-time updates.

Important Notes

📍 Delivery Addresses

  • We ship to physical addresses in Bangladesh.
  • P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: Currently not supported.

🛃 Customs & Duties (Future International)

  • For future international shipments, customers will be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
