1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Jevise, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at signup and confirm your email address before use. We may disable accounts that are inactive, abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
3. Plans & billing
Jevise offers a Free plan and paid Monthly ($0.99/month) and Yearly ($9.99/year) plans, processed through PayPal. Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price unless canceled before the renewal date. Coupons, when applied, are subject to their own expiry and usage limits. We do not offer automatic refunds for partial billing periods, but reach out via our contact page if something's gone wrong — we're reasonable people.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Jevise: no attempting to breach security, no automated scraping, no reverse engineering, and no using the service for anything unlawful.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Jevise is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Jevise after a change means you accept the updated terms.
